Lee Vasi

Lee Vasi is an Atlanta-based R&B artist originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina. Raised singing with her siblings and performing in theater, her Puerto Rican-Dominican and African American heritage shaped her diverse musical influences and passion for honest storytelling. She wrote her first song at age 10 while backstage at The Lion King on Broadway, where she performed as Young Nala, and later appeared on American Idol. After taking time to reconnect with her faith and artistic direction, Lee returned in 2023 with her single “My Bad,” which gained traction following a bilingual a cappella performance on Kai Cenat and Speed’s livestream. In early 2024, her breakout single “Teach Me” went viral on Instagram and TikTok ahead of release, earning her first Billboard chart entries, including #2 on Gospel Digital Song Sales and #21 on Hot Gospel Songs.
