DJ La Moon is a Puerto Rican DJ, artist, and producer based in Austin, Texas, known for her high-energy sets that fuse reggaeton, dembow, Latin house, guaracha, afro house, baile funk, and Caribbean rhythms. Raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, her musical journey began in the vibrant nightlife of Old San Juan before expanding to stages across the U.S. and beyond. In Austin, she has become a powerful force in the Latin music scene as a member of the acclaimed Peligrosa DJ Collective and as an official DJ for Austin FC. Known as “La Reina del Perreo,” DJ La Moon has opened for global artists including Daddy Yankee, Loud Luxury, and Yeri Mua, and has performed at major cultural events including SXSW.
