“A Voice Like No Other.” Formed in 2012, FINLANDS is a Tokyo-based indie rock band fronted by distinctive female vocals. Known for sharp songwriting and an emotionally charged sound that bridges alternative rock and melodic pop, the band has steadily expanded its audience since their major-label debut, performing headline shows at mid-to-large venues and appearing at major Japanese festivals. With a reputation for powerful live performances and a passionate fanbase, FINLANDS continues to grow beyond Japan, strengthening their presence at international showcases, touring circuits, and festival lineups. Currently, vocalist and guitarist Fuyuko Shioiri serves as the sole official member, performing with supporting musicians. In addition to leading FINLANDS, Shioiri is also active as a songwriter, contributing works to a variety of artists.
